AcryLuxe FM Mount gives your image a unique three dimensional effect accentuating the fine detail and sharpness of the image. The stunning results
are archival and ready for exhibition. The AcryLuxe FM Mount is a premier product having been developed to rival the European Diasec,
which was originally developed for mounting chromogenic prints. The fine art print is bonded between acrylic glass and a ACM substrate, using a
similar wet-mounting technique, using premium adhesive, primer and activator components, creating a permanent bond.
The fine art image is printed onto a high quality paper and then is face mounted on a 3mm sheet of crystal clear AcryLuxePlus 100 acrylic. A thin layer
of liquid, crystal clear silicon adhesive is applied on the face of the print. It is then sandwiched between this acrylic and a 3mm backing board, which
can be 3mm aluminium composite material or 3mm acrylic either black or white.
The backing board adds rigidity, making a stable long lasting artwork, The silicon remains elastic, so allows for any expansion and contraction, unlike sticky transparent
film based acrylic face mounts and AcryLuxe FM are engineered to last for decades and to never separate, peel, crack or fail.

Images are printed on an eight colour, wide colour gamut inkjet printer onto a 220gsm archival satin paper, up to 1600mm wide. We only use high
quality museum conservation grade, crystal clear AcryLuxePlus-100 acrylic, which almost completely filters (99.7% ) the harmful UV rays making
it ideal for use as UV blocking acrylic and is usually only used for museum conservation framing.

When your print is bonded together the refraction of light through the acrylic gives a high definition effect, detail, colour and tonal
range with stunning flawless results that will last for many decades. We then use a specialized diamond tooled milling machine to achieve beautiful, clear
and smooth edges. The finished piece is supplied ready to hang on the wall, eliminating the need for a picture frame and are now widely shown in overseas
galleries and exhibitions.

We mount the AcryLuxe FM prints in two styles

The bonded AcryLuxePlus 100 sheet and ACM sheet are cut to the edge of the image and edges are diamond polished to produce a beautiful clean finish.
We then bond an aluminium extruded frame to the back of the print, which holds it off the wall making the image appear to float. The aluminium
extruded frame allows the image to be hung securely on a wall, using a rail of the same extrusion which can be screwed to the wall.

The print is made with a border in black or white which can vary to taste. The bonded AcryLuxePlus 100 sheet and ACM sheet are cut to the outside
edge of the border, giving the appearance of a traditional mat, like on framed images. The edges are then polished using a specialized diamond milling
machine to achieve a beautiful clean finish. We then bond an aluminium extruded frame to the back of the print, which holds it off the wall making the
image appear to float. The aluminium extruded frame allows the image to be hung securely on a wall, using a rail of the same extrusion which can be
