AcryLuxe FM Mounting System

Having been a photographer since an early age, I have always loved prints and been intrigued by printing processes. For sometime I have watched
the trends for mounting images, particularly acrylic and metal mounts, overseas. Being so far away from the rest of the world here in New Zealand,
I decided to develop this system of mounting my own images and to offer photographers and artists different and stunning ways to exhibit and
display their photographs and artworks.

Acrylic face mounted images have a unique three dimensional high definition effect, accentuating the fine detail and sharpness giving the image a
beautiful colour and tonal range. With our AcryLuxe Face Mounts, the image is printed onto a fine satin archival paper and then is face mounted on
a 3mm sheet of crystal clear AcryLuxePlus-100 acrylic. A thin layer of a premium European liquid, crystal clear silicon adhesive is applied on the face
of the print, and then sandwiched between the acrylic face and a backing board, which can be 3mm aluminium composite material or 3mm acrylic
either black or white. Resulting in a stunning flawless print that will last for many decades. The silicon remains elastic, which is important, as the
acrylic expands and contracts with temperature variations, unlike transparent films which can harden, crack and can delaminate over time.

An extruded aluminium frame is adhered to the back for ease of hanging the artwork, which holds it off the wall making the
image appear to float. Hanging rails to attach to the wall are supplied making your artwork ready to hang.
